IMPORTANT NOTICES: Important TUITION & FEE Information for Part-time Students and Veterans:  On June 11, 2009, the Board of Trustees for the Connecticut State University System approved a change in the way you are charged for courses as a part- time student in the fall and spring semesters.  This change will take effect with the upcoming Fall 2009 semester. Please click here for details. (8/18/09) All check payments received by the Bursar's Office will now be converted to electronic ACH files for processing. (6/1/09) Tuition, Course Fees and University Fees for 2009-2010 have now been determined and are posted on this site.  Those who registered for Summer 2009 term and were assessed at last year's rates will be sent a new eBill.(4/9/09)

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash

Pay in person at the Bursar's Office, Memorial Hall Room 104, where a receipt will be issued.  DO NOT MAIL CASH.

eCheck

Electronic checks will be accepted for payment online using QuikPay via CentralPipeline. Click on Student tab > EBill / Make QuikPAY Payment (from menu on left) > eBill / ePayments (under Payment Services on left) > View Account > Make Payment (eCheck payment by phone is NOT an option).

Credit Card

Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted for billed charges.  Credit card transactions are accepted online using QuikPay via CentralPipeline.   Click on Student tab > EBill / Make QuikPAY Payment (from menu on left) > eBill / ePayments (under Payment Services on left) > View Account > Make Payment ; or in person at the Bursar's Office; or by completing and returning the credit card authorization appearing in the Payment Option section of your billing statement.  (Credit card payment by phone is NOT an option).

Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order

Make your check or money order payable to Central Connecticut State University. Include your name and student I.D. number on the face of the check.   Mail payment to CCSU, P O Box 4010, New Britain, CT 06050-4010. Personal checks returned to CCSU by the maker's bank as uncollectable will (1) result in a $50 service charge, (2) cause forfeiture of personal check submission privileges. Please be advised that when you provide a paper check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic funds transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check.

Blue Chip Account

Students may request the Bursar to pay their charges due CCSU through their Blue Chip Debit Account.

Wire Transfers

Wire Transfer Payments, both domestic and international, can be accepted.  All funds must be in US Dollars. Please contact Bursar's Office for bank routing information.

Exchange Rate Information

Central Connecticut State University settles all accounts in United States dollars, and does not assume any liability for losses that may result from foreign exchange rate differences under any circumstances.  Central Connecticut State University's liability in the event of an error to a student's account is limited to the correction of the error in United States dollars.
